What is the course about?
This course is being offered as a FREE* two hour session in How to use Zoom. The session will provide you with the skills and understanding you need to use Zoom and its functions. In the session you will look at:
• How to set up and participate in a Zoom meeting
• How to modify audio and video settings during a meeting
• Where to find and how to use all the essential features of a Zoom meeting (i.e. using the Chat function to share files and other media)
• How to share the screen using different applications, (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an Internet Browser)
• How to record a meeting
• How to change the background and stay safe online

The session will not provide tech support on how to get online.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
There is no experience or prior knowledge needed for this course because it is an introductory course.
What do I need to bring with me?
You may wish to have a pen and paper to hand, to take notes throughout the session.
