What is the course about?

This one day workshop will enable participants to understand what self-esteem is and how having low self-esteem can affect us and influence our life choices. We will be exploring how our confidence and self-esteem can be gradually eroded away and given techniques and strategies to reverse this .

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?

The course is for anyone who would like to learn more about self esteem. It is a basic course and no prior knowledge is required.

What do I need to bring with me?

You will need a pen and paper/notebook. Handouts will be provided but students will be encouraged to engage in self-reflection throughout the course in order to increase their self awareness. A notebook/journal would be useful for this. It is not mandatory to share these thoughts with the group.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no additional costs to attend this course.
