ESOL: English for the Workplace (L1493CB20)

What is the course about?

This intensive, online course will focus on the use of professional language in different workplace settings. It will include:-
- The understanding and practice of polite formal language in the workplace
- Dialogues and role plays of different professional settings, which may include clients
- Appropriate forms of giving advice and questioning

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?

It is aimed at E3-L1 ESOL students.
The course is over 2 weeks and is 2 days x 2hrs. It is very important that learners attend class and complete homework on time in order to fully benefit from the course.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please note that this course is due to take place online from the intended start date. For the best learning experience, please be sure to use a laptop or desktop computer with a headset and web camera. Please arrive 10minutes before the start of each session. You will receive the joining instructions 3 days before the start of the course. You will also receive a reminder on the morning of the course.
