What is the course about?
This course is a Learning for Work Course and will provide you with the opportunity to learn skills such as:
Basic formatting in a spreadsheet
Use auto sum for adding a list of numbers
Use patterns to replicate information
Create folder and save documents to the folder
Work with auto sum in different contexts
Basic File Management
Typical activities for this course
Input data into a spreadsheet
Create simple formulas to add up data
Use autosum to add up data.
Create a simple Financial Model
Discuss how to enrol on a course relevant to the next stage of career development

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is for a person who is just starting to learn about excel, it is a complete beginner’s excel course. Students need to have attended a Computers First Steps Course, or Word Beginners & Intermediate. Students need to be confident with a computer keyboard, touchpad or mouse.
