What is the course about?

This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course.
This course follows on from Self-care Strategies and looks at the impact of stress on our lives, providing positive coping strategies for emotional resilience. Through the course you will be introduced to some simple mindfulness techniques to aid relaxation and resilience and reduce stress.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
Students will have completed course 1: Self-care strategies or will have attended a similar programme of learning.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a pen and a notebook for the first session.
