What is the course about?

This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course.
This course follows on from My Wellbeing 2: Building Resilience and looks at cultivating positive wellbeing and training the brain to look for what is good. Through the course you will be encouraged to identify your personal strengths and will then explore how you can work with them in order to nurture positive emotions.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
Students will have completed course 2: Building Resilience or will have attended a similar programme of learning.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a pen and a notebook for the first session.

There are no additional costs.
What can I do next?
There is an option to move onto Wellbeing 4: Providing Help & Support for Others or you could explore a course in Nutrition (such as Food and Mood) or Exercise (such as Yoga – Foundations for Strong Health). You tutor will discuss the best options for you at the end of the course.
