What is the course about?
This is a Learning for Health and Wellbeing course.
This introductory course will prepare you for Pilates with gentle exercises to improve on core stability, balance and co-ordination.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is for people with no previous experience.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise.

There are no additional costs.
What can I do next?
There will be an opportunity to move onto Pilates 2: Beginners at the end of this course.
