What is the course about?
This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course. This course will provide you with the opportunity to explore Pilates techniques for body alignment, breathing control, core strength, balance and stability.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This couse is suitable for somebody who has completed Pilates 1: Introduction or a similar starter course
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise. Should you feel it necessary to share relevant details of your medical history with your tutor, please ask them for a health check form and complete it as soon as possible. This form will not be copied, or the information on it, be transferred to any other document and will be shredded at the end of the course.

There are no additional costs to attend this course.

There will be an opportunity to move onto Pilates 3: Improvers at the end of this course.
