What is the course about?
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown if this course cannot be moved to online it will be paused until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
The course is aimed at improving your skills for learning and the workplace by introducing you to a variety of study skill techniques including: identifying what are study skills; the use of mind mapping for planning written tasks; effective reading techniques skimming and scanning information; digital literacy and how to judge the reliability of information; exploring ways to improve your memory and concentration.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
You don’t need any prior experience to attend this course.
What do I need to bring with me?
You may wish to have a pen and paper to hand to take notes.
