What is the course about?
This course will cover a wide range of postures to increase flexibility, strength and overall body awareness. The warm up that is included in every session will enable you to mobilise your joints. Special breathing techniques will also be taught to focus on improving the breathing, while the mind Yoga philosophy will be an integral part of each class adding to the overall understanding of the practice of Yoga.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
No previous experience needed, this course is for students of all levels.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise.
