In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
This course will try to offer learners a better understanding of how they can use good postural alignment, while learning how to develop good core and shoulder strength to make daily tasks easier. This course is a progression from Pilates on a Chair, where the course is based around starting with a chair as an exercise aid and will slowly move away from using the chair to exercise throughout the length of the course.
