Aspire Sussex Ltd was the first Adult Education service to leave local authority control and become an independent charity. With a turnover in excess of £4million and thousands of students each year, Aspire Sussex is an award-winning enterprise offering life-changing learning opportunities for adults in their local communities.

Aspire Sussex Trustees

Aspire Sussex Ltd is a charity which has been providing adult and community education in - and beyond - West Sussex since 2012. We wish to appoint new trustees to our Board and would be particularly interested in receiving applications from individuals who have a Marketing, Finance or Law background and who are passionate about education.

Board and sub-committee meetings are usually held in Burgess Hill. The time commitment needed is around 50 hours per year, which includes attending about 12 meetings per year.

Please note that trustees are unpaid, although expenses - such as travel to meetings - are reimbursed.
