What is the course about?
This course is Learning for Personal Interest and will introduce you to the language and develop your communication skills in basic, practical situations. It is for beginners who intend to use the language on holiday and would like to take their first steps in learning and speaking Italian.
The emphasis of this course will be on speaking and listening. You will learn key phrases and vocabulary that are essential for day-to-day survival. Topics could include: introducing yourself and other people, giving personal information, ordering food and drink, shopping and asking for/giving directions.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This is course is designed for complete beginners who have no prior knowledge of the language.
What do I need to bring with me?
Pen and paper. Other learning materials will be supplied.
