Careers Support – National Careers Service

Aspire Sussex is working in partnership with the National Careers Service to provide impartial, confidential and one-to-one advice for all our students. The National Careers Service offers free careers advice to help individuals make informed decisions about their careers, training, education and employment opportunities.

The National Careers Service can offer help and advice on: improving CVs; help with job applications; interview skills; choosing a course; applying for further or higher education; making overseas qualifications count or deciding on a career paths.
The National Careers Service provides a range of services which include:-

• Careers advice
• Skills assessments
• Help with producing a winning CV
• Professional advice on completing application forms
• Up to date advice on job search techniques
• Interview practice
• Guidance and information on finding voluntary work
