This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course. Building on techniques learned through the self-care programme, this course provides you with an opportunity to explore strategies for enhancing the wellbeing of others. It will include connecting basic listening skills with common wellbeing challenges and identifying which may be most helpful. There will also be discussions around local support services. This course could be helpful across a broad range of circumstances, but will also provide an opportunity to explore simple counselling skills before committing to further study.
