What is the course about?
The course will look at artists of the late 18th to early 19th century. Each session will be a short biography of an artist told through a PowerPoint presentation. Artists included will be: Constable, Turner, Friedrich and Delacroix. This is an interesting period of history when artist’s voices were becoming more radical.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This is suitable for students who have little to no background knowledge, or the student who has studied the subject, but enjoys learning a bit more.
What do I need to bring with me?
A notebook and pen.
