What is the course about?

The aim of this course is to increase the learners' knowledge and awareness of children and Young People's mental health.

You will learn to be able to discuss children and YP’s mental health in context and understand the factors which may affect children and YP’s mental health, to be able to identify children and YP’s mental health concerns and understand their impact, to be able to identify how to support children and YP’s mental health concerns.

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?

This is an introductory course and no prior experience or knowledge is needed.

You will need to bring paper and a pen.
