What is the course about?
To provide a well balanced exercise programme to varied music. Each session starts with a warm up to prepare your body for exercise, followed by a low impact dance routine. A more energetic routine follows which can be adapted for different fitness levels. The next part of the class concentrates on posture, balance, toning and stretching exercises. The session finishes with a cool down. In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown, this course will pause until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.

This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a physical active lifestyle
What do I need to bring with me?
For this course, you will need; clothing appropriate for exercise and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise. Should you feel it necessary to share relevant details of your medical history with your tutor, please ask them for a health check form and complete it as soon as possible. This form will not be copied, or the information on it, be transferred to any other document and will be shredded at the end of the course.
