This is a Learning for Health and Wellbeing course. This course will cover gentle moves and stretching by standing and sitting in a chair, using apparatus e.g. weights, Therabands. You will perform exercises to improve co-ordination and balance. You will begin each session with a warm up, preparing the body for the exercises to follow and the session will finish with a cool down stretch and a relaxation period.
