This course will cover; gentle moves and stretching by standing and sitting in a chair, various apparatus will be used each week e.g. weights, Therabands, you will perform exercises to improve co-ordination and balance. You will begin each session with a warm up, preparing the body for the exercises to follow and the session will finish with a cool down stretch and a relaxation period.
