What is the course about?

In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown if this course cannot be moved to online it will be paused until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.

This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course. This course will introduce you to simple self-care techniques, including reducing the impact of negative self-talk and developing self-compassion. You will also have the opportunity to explore other factors on wellbeing such as exercise, diet, hydration, sleep and relaxation. Through the course you will be encouraged to produce a personal action plan and to work through a self-reflection process to help you to make positive changes.

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?

This is a beginner level course and no previous experience is required.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a pen and a notebook for the first session.
