What is the course about?
This course will cover; the continuation of the study of the Cheng Man Ching Form, new Chi Kung sets will be introduced, deeper aspects of principles, history and philosophy of Tai Chi.
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown if this course cannot be moved to online it will be paused until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is designed for those looking to improve and maintain a physically active lifestyle. This course is also for students who are continuing with their study of Tai Chi from the previous year or for those who have significant previous Tai Chi experience particularly with the Cheng Man Ching form. This type of exercise is ideal for participants of all ages.
What do I need to bring with me?
For this course, you will need; clothing appropriate for exercise and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise. Should you feel it necessary to share relevant details of your medical history with your tutor, please ask them for a health check form and complete it as soon as possible. This form will not be copied, or the information on it, be transferred to any other document and will be shredded at the end of the course.
