What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course follows on from Chair Pilates 1 and is designed for students who need support from a chair to enable them to exercise more freely and for learners who would like some extra support to become physically active or maintain their current health state.
What do I need to bring with me?
For this course you will need; appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise. Should you feel it necessary to share relevant details of your medical history with your tutor, please ask them for a health check form and complete it as soon as possible.
