What is the course about?
This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course. This Pilates Intermediate course will provide you with an opportunity to build on your Pilates skills and to make a deeper exploration of the connection between body flexibility and strength.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is suitable for students who have previous experience with Pilates and wish to take their skills a stage further.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise.
