What is the course about?
This course is Learning for Health and Wellbeing and will provide you with the opportunity to learn Pilates principles and increase the workload for your spine while you increase in strength, flexibility and mobility - all important aspects of functional fitness.
Typical activities for this course will cover a range of Pilates method of training that combines core strength, balance, coordination, and stability to prepare your ready for everyday challenges.
What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is for all fitness level students, you do not need previous experience of Pilates exercises. This course is for those looking to develop or improve a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and health awareness.
