What is the course about?
In the instance of a Government imposed lockdown if this course cannot be moved to online it will be paused until it is able to begin again. No refunds will be made due to a Government imposed lockdown. This is a Learning for Health & Wellbeing course. This Pilates Improvers course will provide you with an opportunity to build on your Pilates skills and to make a deeper exploration of the connection between body flexibility and strength.

What previous experience, knowledge or qualifications do I need for this course?
This course is suitable for somebody who has completed Pilates 2: Beginners or somebody who has previous experience with Pilates and wishes to take their skills a stage further.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need appropriate clothing for exercise, a non-slip mat, a flat cushion or blanket to sit on, a towel and a bottle of water. We recommend that you should always seek the advice of a GP before taking up physical activity or vigorous exercise.
